Our store provides a possibility to refund your money within 5 days, (except digital downloads) if due to some reason, your are not satisfied with your purchase. This offer is valid within 5 days only from the date when you received the purchased good and informed us we shell refund the money, but we should receive the purchased goods in its original condition after we've received the item undamaged. There is no refund on digital products. When you download a digital product and you loose it please send us an e-mail and we will send it to you. There is no refund on CD's but if you received the CD damaged and you let us know after you have received the item, we will replace the item, but you will have to pay shipping fee again. If you insured your item, you don't have to worry about damage or theft. You cannot claim you didn't receive your product after the delivery date of 5 days.
